Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via POS MALAYSIA/POS LAJU with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All sales are final. We do not accept return unless we made a mistake delivering your items. All packages will not be no more of our responsible once the package is delivered to the post office. Please contact your nearest local post office to check your parcel's conditions. Lost item/broken/stolen after shipped are beyond our control. However, we promise to make sure all packages are shipped in good condition. We will ensure that your package are well-wrapped and your items are well-protected.

Customer are responsible to trace their own parcel by using the tracking number that have been provided once the item is shipped within 24 hours.
